EPE TODAY reports on Epe and the wider Eti-Osa, Ibeju-Lekki and Epe growth corridor — the fastest-changing stretch of Lagos. Our archive runs from 2023, when the corridor master plan review reset the framework for everything built since.

We concentrate on the questions that decide whether growth serves the people already living here: who holds title to land, where roads and drainage actually go, which commitments made at town halls are kept, and what the money moving through the port and the industrial zones leaves behind.
