Alaro City Opens 40,000 Square Metre Logistics Park
The facility is the largest single warehousing development yet completed inside the Lekki Free Zone estate.

A 40,000 square metre logistics park has opened at Alaro City, offering grade-A warehousing with dock levellers, high-bay racking and on-site customs processing space.
Tenants announced so far include a fast-moving consumer goods distributor, a pharmaceutical wholesaler and a third-party logistics operator serving the deep sea port.
The estate's management says power is supplied from a dedicated gas-fired plant, addressing the reliability problem that has pushed warehousing costs up elsewhere in Lagos.
Recruiters expect several hundred direct roles at full occupancy, with the estate running a skills programme with technical colleges in Epe and Ibeju-Lekki.
