Forty-two community development associations agreed on a single negotiating platform.

Forty-two community development associations across Epe have formed a joint forum to present unified positions on land, road and utility projects in the corridor.
Convenors say fragmented engagement has weakened communities in past negotiations, with different associations receiving different assurances on the same project.
The forum plans quarterly town halls and a shared record of commitments made by agencies and developers.
