State Opens Review of the Epe Corridor Master Plan
The review set the framework that later projects, including Ito-Omu, were built on.

The Lagos State government opened a review of the Epe corridor master plan in late 2023, inviting submissions from communities, developers and professional bodies.
The review covered land use zoning, transport alignments, utilities and the treatment of existing settlements inside planned schemes.
Its outputs shaped the sequencing of later projects along the corridor, including allocation schemes now being implemented in the Ito-Omu area.
