LASU Epe Campus Expansion Adds Faculty Blocks and Student Housing
New lecture blocks, laboratories and a 1,200-bed hostel are intended to shift more of the university's load to Epe.

Lagos State University has opened new faculty blocks and laboratories at its Epe campus, alongside a 1,200-bed hostel intended to house students currently commuting from Ikorodu and Ojo.
University management says the expansion supports a longer-term plan to move whole faculties to Epe rather than running split programmes across campuses.
Landlords in Epe town report strong demand for student accommodation, and the local council has begun registering off-campus lodgings against safety standards.
Transport unions have added scheduled runs between the campus gate and Epe roundabout timed around lecture hours.
